- 50ml Shetland Reel Filska Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 25ml raspberry syrup*
- half an egg white
- 2 raspberries
Fill a rocks glass with ice. add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker then shake well. Add ice and shake again to make your cocktail extra foamy/ Strain your cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with raspberries.
