Taking the local Applemint, which grows in abundance on Unst, Shetland, we created a classic dry gin with notes of juniper, spice, and sweet mint finish. Complemented with fresh mint, lavender and grapefruit our Perfect Serve is a must try for all G&T Connoisseurs!
