Celebrate Shetland's rich Viking heritage with our Limited Edition Up Helly Aa 2026 gin, crafted to honour the annual Up Helly Aa fire festival.
Each year, we release a unique Up Helly Aa gin, often experimenting with different cask ageing processes and botanicals to create a distinct flavour profile.
This year's special release is crafted using our Original Shetland Reel Gin as the base which has been rested in a cask which had previously held whisky, creating a rich and complex flavour profile.
The end result is another spectacular Up Helly Aa gin that can be enjoyed at home or added to the collections of those who have been celebrating our Up Helly Aa journey since 2015.

Tasting Notes
- On the Nose: a soft vanilla & honeyed sweetness with toasted oak and a gentle whisper of smoke/peat.
- On the Palate: s silky, rounded texture with sweet malt and vanilla, a warm baking spice and subtle fruity notes.
