In a conventional Mojito recipe, white rum is the primary spirit, but we're shaking things up with our Filska Gin Mojito.
Bursty with fruity flavour, this easy to make grapefruit gin cocktail is a perfect simmer sip.
~ 40ml Shetland Reel Filska Gin
~ 20ml sugar syrup
~ 30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
~ 2/3 grapefruit segments
~ soda water
~ mint leaves to garish
In a glass, muddle the grapefruit and mint leaves. Fill the glass with ice and then add the Filska Gin, sugar sugar and grapefruit juice. Top up with the soda water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
