10ml Samphire Infused Dry vermouth
A few Sprigs of Samphire
Fill shaker with gin, samphire and vermouth and muddle together slightly. Add ice and stir until frosty – double strain into iced martini glass.
NOTES: Infuse a handful of samphire with vermouth in a container for 24hours covered in the fridge. Pour into a glass bottle and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
