We had a great time at the Shetland Food Fair and met loads of people, many of whom got to try our gin including our brand new Ocean Sent gin made with seaweed. We also had some rather special gin infused food recipes including chocolate, duck with cherries and seafood.
They saved the best to last with Steve Carter and Dave Williams cooking up on stage with a live demonstration. Both complete naturals!
