WHISKY HOT TODDY  

Ingredients

60ml water
3 star anise
Tsp of coriander
Cinnamon stick
1cm piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
60ml Shetland Reel Blended Malt Whisky
2tsp honey
1-2 tsp lemon juice

Method

Add all the spices and the honey into a pan and simmer for around 30 minutes on a low heat.
Serve the tea in a glass with the warm water and the whisky. Garnish with cinnamon stick
