Over the past six months, something very special has been maturing in our distillery warehouse in Unst, Shetland.
Carefully crafted using specially selected casks of single malt Scotch Whisky, we've created an exceptional whisky that has been inspired by our distillery location in Unst, Shetland. Spending the final six months of maturation in Oloroso Sherry casks has added an additional layer of complexity, flavour and sweetness to this first of its kind whisky.
