Lemon has been the unsung hero in many of our award-winning Shetland Reel gins. This Christmas, we've given it the credit it deserves: The starring role in our annual festive gin.
The end result is Lemon Fest. As many of you will know, we like to be creative with our botanicals. Lemon Fest is no different and so, to add that festive flare, we've sprinkled in a little cinnamon.
The end result offers a fresh lemon serve, with a hint of warming winter spices and piney juniper on the nose. Perfect for getting into the festive spirit.
Vol 500ML 40% ABV
Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright and aromatic lemon peel with piney juniper, and warming winter spices. The spice becomes sweeter and fresh lemon comes to the fore.
Taste: Rich sweet spice, fresh lemon peel and a touch of herbal lemon balm. With tonic, a juicier lemon note comes through with a balanced juniper note and aromatic spice.
Finish: Medium sweet lemon finish, with balanced spice notes.
Perfect Serve
Mix 50ml of Lemon Fest with Fever-Tree's Indian tonic water and finish with a peel, slice or wheel of lemon.
